If you happen to be in Poland on March 29, head up to Gdansk to celebrate the third birthday of DIK Fagazine, "the first and only artistic magazine from Central and Eastern Europe concentrated on homosexuality and masculinity," and the release of its latest issue, #6. (They'll also present their latest issue in the libraire of Palais de Tokyo, Paris, on April 4, which might be an easier option.)
