What we're Jonesing for—right now

Raf Simons
When we saw these Raf Simons leather boots on the runway, our first thought was—oddly—Michelangelo Antonioni's classic film Blow-Up. Maybe because they both deal with illusion, or because we can totally see Verushka wearing them.
Lowdown: Motorcycle styling; best worn with slim pants; the zippers are in keeping with Simons' obsession this season with multiple parts.
Price: $950
At: Seven New York, 110 Mercer Street, 646-654-0156

Lanvin
Or, if that's too weighty for you, hang out in these satin Converse-style men's sneakers from Lanvin, just one of many quirks of art you'll find in the debut fall collection from designer Lucas Ossendrijver (formerly of Dior Homme).
Lowdown: Complete with satin laces; try them with a Lanvin satin tuxedo.
Price: $495
At: Barneys New York, 660 Madison Avenue, 212-826-8900 and Dover Street Market, 17-18 Dover Street, +44 (0) 20 7518 0680, London

Alexander McQueen
Like the Kelly and the Birkin, this Novak bag from Alexander McQueen is inspired by an actress: '50's ice-queen Kim Novak. Considering her dual roles in Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo, her most famous film, we think the double fox-fur pom poms are genius.
Lowdown: Seen here with raised Celtic detailing, the "It" bag is available in a several versions; Selfridges in London is selling a limited-edition gold version for the holidays.
Price: $2000
At: Alexander McQueen, 417 W. 14th St., 212-645-1797

Tom Ford
Given his directorial leanings these days, Tom Ford is like the Billy Wilder of style, which makes his new Black Orchid perfume—limited-edition and signed—an instant film-noir classic.
Lowdown: The sweet-smelling fragrance comes in a glass vial from which it's poured into a Lalique black-crystal bottle using a gold funnel; also available as a less-expensive eau de parfum.
Price: $600 for 15 ml
At: Saks Fifth Avenue, 611 Fifth Ave., 212-753-4000 (exclusively in New York)

Dom Perignon
The champion of champers, Dom Pérignon has just released Rosé Vintage 1996, a rare pink chapagne made only in years of exceptional harvests.
Lowdown: Karl Lagerfeld shot the ad campaign, recently released as a book that comes with a vinyl single of "Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend," sung by Devendra Banhart.
Price: $400
At: Crush Wine & Spirits, 153 E. 57th St., New York, 212-980-9463 and better liquor stores worldwide

  Hint Shop
If Rad Hourani were writing this blurb, it would be over already. That's because, for the soon-to-explode French-Canadian designer, it's all about extreme minimalism. Thus, the concept behind this one-size-fits-all, unisex, sleeveless T-shirt—printed with the dates and times of a calendar—is that it can be worn by anyone, anytime.

 Shoptart
You might think, given his collaboration with leather-goods house Schott, that Jeremy Scott is going butch. After all, Schott created the biker jackets worn by Marlon Brando and James Dean. But no, that manly legacy is given a swishy twist, like this rococo tea print of treasure trolls in pastoral repose. Also this month: Marni, Stella McCartney, Tom Binns and more.
