Monthly batch of hot new models to feast your eyes on
By Joseph Tenni
Arlette Monkewitz

The time is right for Swiss miss Arlette Monkewitz. After an attention-grabbing spread in W shot by Craig McDean, she nabbed the much-coveted Jil Sander and Costume National campaigns. A new fave of McDean's, Arlette has been shot by the English photographer for the April cover of i-D and for Italian Vogue. Arlette is a sure bet!
Hen Yanni

It's hard to ruffle Hen's feathers. This ice-cool Israeli is warming the hearts of the modeling industry and can be seen in the current Dolce & Gabbana campaign and A-list publications like i-D, V and Dazed & Confused, as well as Paris, Italian and L'Uomo Vogue. All hail the new androgyne on the scene.
Andrea Januskova

Following in the footsteps of compatriot Karolina Kurkova, Andrea Januskova has fashion folks speaking her language. Although she has only been modeling for three months, Andrea can be seen in L'Officiel, soon in Purple, and is set to have a killer show season. Outgoing and friendly, Andrea is no blank Czech.
Simone Awor

Watch Simone Awor make her presence on the world's runways this season. The punchy Pennsylvanian has walked for Miguel Adrover, appeared in Cosmo Girl and has a beauty story coming out in Elle. This high school track star shows no signs of slowing down.
Aaron Enos

Aaron Enos is a Native American original. After her debut appearance in Surface, she scored the Versus campaign shot by starmaker Steven Meisel. We predict this Arizonian will scale the dizzy heights of fashion in no time.
Christelle Lefranc

Gallic-bred Christelle Lefranc is the fille-good model of the moment. The Piscean poser boasts tearsheets from Cosmopolitan and is in high demand for the shows. Christelle, ma belle!
Lu Yan

China doll Lu Yan is generating lots of whispers! The willowy mannequin got her start when she won the national final in a model competition for Paris-based agency Metropolitan. She has since appeared in French Marie Claire and Amica and will soon be the talk of the town.
