Monthly batch of hot new models to feast your eyes on
By Joseph Tenni

Dasha Tchernova

Newcomer Dasha is keeping her accountants busy. The sassy Siberian has just shot Paris Vogue with Terry Richardson, American Vogue with Mario Testino, British Vogue with Carter Smith and the Calvin Klein Jeans campaign alongside former Model Mania star Natalia Vodianova. We predict a lot of cash-a for Dasha.
Kathrin Werderitsch

The sweet face of Yohji Yamamoto fragrance worldwide, the Austrian mannequin Kathrin Werderitsch first caught the attention of Gilles Bensimon, who photographed her for American Elle, and is creating quite a buzz after modeling for only a few months. Smells like a star in the making.
Sonja Wanda

Ebony headturner Sonja packs a punch. The Norway-born Brit walked for Marc by Marc Jacobs and Dries Van Noten in her first season and can be seen in the Top Shop campaign. Look for her in the new British Elle, shot by Mark Abrahams. Sonja's a knockout!
Rikke Moerck

There are blondes and there are blondes, as Raymond Chandler once wrote. Already a recognizable face in her native Norway, this flaxen-haired law school student and ski buff is bound to stop traffic in her adopted city of New York. Watch her take Manhattan!
Kat

This striking former Soviet is clawing her way to the top. A fine feline of Moldavian heritage, Kat can be seen in Spanish Vogue and British Glamour. This Gemini is the pick of the new glitter litter.
Valentine Fillol-Cordier

Valentine is rocking the western world! The British beauty of French heritage can be seen in V, L'Uomo Vogue and Oyster. She recently shot for The Face, W and walked for Marc by Marc Jacobs and BCBG. When Valentine is away from the modeling scene, she's belting it out with her rock band.
Julia Polacsek

It's a good thing this captivating Cancerian loves to travel. Austria-born Julia was discovered on the beach in Portugal, now lives in Paris, and has been jacking up the frequent flyer miles, working for magazines like French Elle and Amica. Look for her in the new Exte campaign shot by Patrick Demarchelier and at an airport near you.

  Hint Shop
If Rad Hourani were writing this blurb, it would be over already. That's because, for the soon-to-explode French-Canadian designer, it's all about extreme minimalism. Thus, the concept behind this one-size-fits-all, unisex, sleeveless T-shirt—printed with the dates and times of a calendar—is that it can be worn by anyone, anytime.

 Shoptart
While the launch of Rick Owens' London store has been pushed back, we can report the space will be just as dark and macabre as you could want, with a few added touches alluding to the British Empire’s wicked history—like this sculpture of his head on a platter. Also this month: Marc by Marc Jacobs, Heartless, Prada and more..
