Monthly batch of hot new models to feast your eyes on
By Joseph Tenni

Sasha Pivovarova

This month in MM, we pay homage to IMG, the modeling powerhouse to which all seven of the following girls belong. Kicking it off is the name on everyone's SPF'd lips, the mesmerizing Muscovite Sasha Pivovarova. Equal parts Gemma Ward and Natalia Vodianova, the icy-eyed fine artist can be spotted in Italian Vogue, but more prominently in Prada's new fall campaign. You can bet the Aquarian will be among the brightest stars of this round of Fashion Weeks, too.
Adrian Hilliard

They may like 'em big in Texas, but don't tell that to the reed-thin Adrian Hilliard. Not that she'd listen anyway. The Lone Star tomboy has appeared on the cover of Paper and can also be seen in Italian and Russian editions of Vogue. Anna Nicole Smith, she's not. Would Anna go to Jamaica to help build a school? We don't think so.
Freja Erichsen

Great Dane Freja Beha is EVERYWHERE. A crown jewel from Unique Models in Copenhagen, the brazen brunette can be found among the two million pages of the September issue of W, as well as Japanese and Italian Vogue. The striking Viking also appears in campaigns for Jil Sander, Balenciaga and TSE Cashmere. If she hasn't popped up in your mailbox yet, she will soon.
Katrina Bykova

Despite her provenance, or perhaps because of it, Russian Katrina Bykova has plenty of blonde ambition. The statuesque stunner walked for Louis Vuitton and has graced the cover of Jalouse. Expect to see a lot more of the Bolshevik beauty.
Ashley Thompson

New Jersey native Ashley Thompson is packing a punch. Or a pirouette, rather. Trained as a dancer, the fresh-faced newbie can be seen in Jane, Cosmo Girl, Trace and Teen Vogue. Expect to see a lot more of Ashley.
Anna K

A juggernaut to be reckoned with, Anna K is a model with a mission. After running laps in Jalouse and L'Officiel, the leggy Russian is set to walk miles in the upcoming show season. There's no stopping this Gemini.
Marla Boehr

Canada's wellspring of models is showing no signs of drying up. The latest example is Marla Boehr. The kick-boxing Cancerian from Kelly Streit's Mode Models (home to Heather Marks) walked for Prada, Miu Miu and Louis Vuitton last season. The Alberta native can be seen in i-D and on the cover of Canadian Elle. No more blaming, please.
