Versace is the latest to get 'em early, opening its first of many Young Versace boutiques. Carrying the inaugural spring 2012 children's collection, the store in Milan—at Via Borgospeso 15/A, next door to Versace Home—is a purply pastel wonderland, whose plush chairs and larger-than-life confections would have sent Willy Wonka into a tantrum.
The new line is "perfect for kids that like to stand out from the crowd," says Donatella Versace, who knows a thing or two about standing out. The kiddy versions of the house's signature looks—crisp white blazers, bright yellow shifts, graphic tees—make for the most adorable mini-moms and -dads. Even if the little tykes can't spell who they're wearing.
