Inez Van Lamsveerde and Vinoodh Matadin's New York Apartment Revealed

If you're in the market for apartment porn, Architectural Digest has just the thing. Among the pages of its latest issue are splayed intimate shots of Inez Van Lamsveerde and Vinoodh Matadin's shag-ready New York apartment.

The Dutch fashion photographers first bought the space in 1996, enlarging it when they bought the adjacent apartment seven years later. The former ice factory in the Lower East Side, which features 17-foot-high ceilings in the living area, seemed no trouble for wood designer Simrel Achenbach and interior designer Daniel Sachs to spruce up to the couple's retro specifics; namely, to give the impression that they'd lived there since the '70s and never got around to updating many of the furnishings.

They also cite Truman Capote’s Hamptons home, a French ski chalet, and "modernist 1970s wood-and-glass houses of The Ice Storm variety," says the magazine. Kinky.
