If you're dreaming of a white Christmas, in this age of climate change, you're pretty much out of luck. But who cares about snow angels when you can dip your feet into these white wonders by Lady Gaga's now-infamous shoe designer, Noritaka Tatehana?
For his first Christmas collection, sold exclusively at Trading Museum Comme des Garçons in Tokyo (November 25 - December 25), Tatehana created just one pair each of five heel-less platforms exclusively in white, silver and crystal. Look closer and you'll see embossed patterns of wallpaper-esque florals and what looks to be dead-of-winter tree branches, while the crystallized version calls to mind a blinged-out snowflake.
But if you're looking to gift these to yourself, it'd have to happen by serendipity as all five pairs come in only one size, making for its lucky wearer's very own Cinderella story. Though we wouldn't recommend running in them when the clock strikes 12, or ever.
