Following months of speculation, word came today that onetime Lagerfeld muse and MIA musician Amy Winehouse will collaborate with Fred Perry on a 17-piece collection, slated to hit stores in October. Though better known of late for her dubious medical maladies and Sid-and-Nancy love affair with her ex-husband, Winehouse seems to be taking a hands-on approach, weighing in on cut, color and fit. Looks will include pencil skirts, gingham shirts, twinsets and Fred Perry's signature polos. Ratty beehives and dirty ballet slippers not included.
