Amy Winehouse

Worker Beehive

At least they didn't ask her to be the creative director. Following months of speculation, word came today that onetime Lagerfeld muse and MIA musician Amy Winehouse will collaborate with Fred Perry on a 17-piece collection, slated to hit stores in October. Though better known of late for her dubious medical maladies and Sid-and-Nancy love affair with her ex-husband, Winehouse seems to be taking a hands-on approach, weighing in on cut, color and fit. Looks will include pencil skirts, gingham shirts, twinsets and Fred Perry's signature polos. Ratty beehives and dirty ballet slippers not included.
