Following months of speculation, including a little presidential intrigue in the form of would-be buyers M. et Mme. Sarkozy, the luxe Left Bank apartment shared by Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé is officially up for sale. According to the New York Times, the 5,600 square foot duplex property features eleven rooms—including a library and music room—in addition to a 4,700-square-foot garden and courtyard. The oak-paneled and parquet-floored abode will set you back $31.4 million—sans furnishings, the majority of which were auctioned off a year ago. The master suite does, however, include its share of mirrors, without which YSL considered a room "dead." All the more reason to work out in the apartment's gym.
